At Teacup Poodle Home, we are committed to providing healthy, happy, and well-socialized Teacup Poodle puppies to loving families across the United States. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing a reservation or purchasing a puppy.

30-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund period from the date your puppy is delivered. If you experience a serious issue related to your puppy’s health or condition during this period, please contact us immediately so we can review and assist with your concern.

To qualify for a refund request, customers must provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Veterinary documentation from a licensed veterinarian

  • Any supporting medical records or information related to the concern

All refund requests are reviewed carefully on a case-by-case basis.

Health-Related Refunds

If a licensed veterinarian confirms that your puppy has a serious hereditary or pre-existing medical condition within the first 30 days after arrival, you may be eligible for:

  • A partial refund

  • A replacement puppy (when available)

  • Full refund approval depending on the situation

Veterinary documentation must clearly explain the diagnosis and be submitted promptly after discovery of the condition.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for situations including but not limited to:

  • Minor illnesses easily treated by routine veterinary care

  • Allergies or landlord restrictions

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Training or behavioral issues caused after delivery

  • Failure to provide proper veterinary care

  • Accidents, injuries, or neglect after the puppy arrives home

Deposits used to reserve a puppy may also be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Return Process

If a return is approved, the puppy must be returned safely and humanely with all provided records and documentation. Customers must contact Teacup Poodle Home before making any return arrangements. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customer Responsibilities

To maintain eligibility for any health-related refund or replacement consideration, customers must:

  • Schedule a veterinary wellness exam shortly after arrival

  • Provide proper nutrition, housing, and care

  • Keep vaccinations and deworming current

  • Follow veterinarian recommendations for ongoing care
